Anyone with a desk job experiencing tailbone pain?

I have been having incredible tailbone pain for the past two weeks.

My whole lower back ever since I got pregnant has been in constant pain and way worse at work since I sit the majority of the day. I have had to actually make it a point to get up and stretch throughout the day and also do as much as I can standing. At home my husband bought me a maternity c pillow to sleep with and even though I’m only 8 weeks and my belly isn’t big yet it seems to have helped tremendously
