Can infertility and thyroid problems still get you pregnant ?

So i have cysts, thyroid problems & was wondering if i can still get pregnant? Im going to try iui with my husband see if it works. Anyone struggled with any type of infertility but still got pregnant? Like you had pcos, endometriosis and still got pregnant?

I get cysts every single month and have hashimotos disease and have a one year old daughter and I'm pregnant with baby girl number 2

Not my case but a friend from work has PCOS and she has two kids. It took a little bit with the first one but she got pregnant. Also I’ve seen people with endometriosis that have kids. Symptoms get better after pregnancy when you have endometriosis. A cousin of mine and other girl that I know have thyroids problems ( they got radioactive iodine as a treatment along with some other stuff ), they  got pregnant as well.
Also read the other day a thread here  about cysts and pregnancy. Many girls gave their testimony how they got pregnant with many cysts

I have hashimoto's went undiagnosed threw 1 of my 2 pregnancies diagnosed half way threw this one!
