I have been crampy the last few hours and this is usually around when I ovulate. We are doing the sperm meets egg plan and I haven’t got a positive LH yet but ones that are really close. We had sex tonight and two days ago. Since I had spotting and ovulation cramps tonight am I too late? Will having sex tonight even matter? Or should we have sex the next three days like the plan suggests when you get a positive LH even though I haven’t got one yet?
