We tried for 5 months and nothing. Even with using opks, ans such then I finally bought preseed and said why not? First month using it was December and I had my BFP Jan 5th :) worked for us!

Its just lube that doesnt kill sperm. It's not a magic get pregnant product. 
I and lots of women have gotten pregnant using it.
