I'm on medroxyprogesterone 10mg I take once a day 14 days on in 14 days off to help my periods to get regular my question is this after 14 days of taking the pill I'm supposed to have a period after the 14 days I just look at it like 3 days after but my last period was 9 days late and it only lasted for for five days and it was just Brown not fast forward a little ways to 4th of January I stopped the pill I was supposed to get a period a couple days after that I never got a period fast forward to the 17th I started my pills again and I still never got my period has this happened to anyone on these pills the pill supposed to help me I'm making my menstrual cycle normal before I started the pills I was starting to have really bad periods that would last like 30 days long they gave me a D&C hoping that would stop my bleeding it didn't it so then they put me on the pills to help my menstrual cycle to be normal but how can it be normal when I'm not getting period?? Can you get pregnant while you're on these pills that's another thing that frightens me don't get me wrong I like having no period... I hope I explained this well you guys understand what I'm trying to say I'm confused myself I talk to my doctor about it and he says to keep taking it I have an appointment on the 30th to see my doctor just to see how I've been doing on them for the past 4 months... can somebody be pregnant and not know it and a pregnancy test doesn't pick it up?
