Gained weight back (2 months pp)

Pre pregnancy i was 130. Day i gave birth i was 190. By one month pp i was down to 160 and now at 2 months pp i am back up to 170. Im so confused as to why i just gained 10lbs so quick like nothing. You can even see by the pictures i added. Has this happened to anyone? Why am i gaining again😩 how do i drop all this extra weight and skin
