How much to save before moving out?

I’m 20 years old and I’m a hooters girl money is very unpredictable so I want to have a nice amount in my bank account before moving out of my parents house. I pay $700 in bills (phone bill , car note etc.) in your opinion how much should I have saved up AT LEAST before I decide to move out?

Apartment living can be pretty costly up front - depending on where you live a 1 bedroom apartment can range anywhere from 800-1,500 a month. And that doesn’t include the initial deposit, and move-in/admin fees. (Add maybe another $400 to the cost of moving) and then you gotta budget for internet bills, electricity, and monthly gas. So right there you’re already looking at 2k+

It depends on how much the area you live in costs. My parents always told me to have at least 3 months worth of bills money in my saving Incase of emergency. For example if you’re bills would average say $2,000 monthly, have $6,000 in saving for back up.

We paid about £1500,
In the UK you need to pay a deposit  (usualy a months rent, but can be more), referencing fees, estate agent fees and depending on their rules guarantor fees.
On top of that youll need your first months rent, gas + electric bill, water bills, council tax bills (not sure if that applies in America), insurance. This adds up to about £910 including rent. (This is what me and my partner spend just on household bills a month, not including food or our separate bills) 
Then youll need basic items, this can cost any amount of money depends where you shop ect.
So id say youd want atleast 3.5-4k to be comfortable.

i saved up three months worth of bills on top of moving in costs, and i was totally fine. it helps if you have a room mate too although i know that’s not ideal.

I’m not sure what it’s like in America - I’m sure very similar to Australia. But when you consider you have to pay a bond which here is about 4-6 weeks rent so upwards of $1k. Then you gotta pay the actual rent, buy furniture, pay bills. 
I just recently moved out too and I needed a good $6k to really cover everything comfortably as well as pay my normal bills, fuel, food etc.
