Help with acne

Hey lovelies, so I have acne in different parts of my face and I'm getting absolutely annoyed with it. Especially the acne on my cheeks (picture 2 & 3) because they've been there for months and no matter what I do I cant get rid of those ones. I dont really know what type of skin I have, but skin feels pretty "normal" but there's like a patch of dry skin, just to the feel, in the middle of my forehead. What are some good products that are inexpensive that I should use!?
