I feel pregnant....

I'm on day 3 of my period. And I am still feeling pregnant. Like the cramps I feel when I'm pregnant. Heavy stomach. Nausea and throwing up. Heartburn. And this rash I had my last pregnancy (not puubs) My periods are never like this. Any ideas why it would be like this?
