Shingles for the 4th time in a year

I am going to the doctor tomorrow, but im just curious if anyone has had shingles this many times in the span of a year!? Im 30 yrs old, i started getting it at 29, and it has come back again 2 days ago for now a total of 4 times in a year!.. i read it can be triggered by stress but i have not been stressed lately i been pretty happy/calm. This is just so frustrating. :(
