So, a little background. I've almost gotten over the worst hemorrhoids I've ever had, i suspect i still have a few internal ones because pooping is extremely painful. It's less painful than it was almost a week ago, but still. Very minimal blood, most of the time theres none. So then my sciatic nerve started hurting worse than it ever has before, the entire nerve down both sides of my butt and both legs, it's been bothering me for days. Then i get soreness on my perineum as if it were rubbed raw (could have been during sex about a week ago) and then the yeast infection like discharge (thick, white, odorless) and now over the course of a few days I've developed a rash with raised bumps. They're all over my outer labia and buttcrack. They itch so bad but i don't scratch because touching them is very painful. One feels like it's on my clit but it's hard to see with the mirror. When i had the external hemorrhoids they were so painful i couldn't insert the little nozzle that comes on hemorrhoid cream tubes and bowel movements were so excruciating i could barely walk afterward. My mother in law gave me a tube of triamcinolone acetonoid (a corticosteroid cream) with instructions on how much and how often to use it and it worked very well, I'm wondering so many things. Could this rash be from that? I was applying it to my anus and perineum several times a day but it could have spread elsewhere from the friction of walking. Could this just be a bad yeast infection? I'm a cna and sweat alot in that area because of the nature of the job, could that have contributed to the rash? I was very worried it was herpes but I'm not so sure. I only worry because a few months ago i slept with a guy without a condom and i didn't see an outbreak but i know how herpes can be. The bumps on the rash haven't become sores, there's no bleeding or oozing. They appeared within a few days and i believe they have stopped spreading and are not getting any more painful or itchy than they already are. There's none on the inner labia, i have pain with urination but it isn't from the urethra, it only burns because the urine is touching all the sore skin. I've been washing it gently with queen v soap, there's been no other new products or changes to anything except the creams I've been using to try and treat this. I'm miserable and can't afford a doctor, any help would be tremendously appreciated.
