Smoking while TTC ? Help ?

Has anyone conceived while smoking or has anyone got any tips on giving up  ? Ive been trying to give up for months now and its not working i feel like ill never conceive while smoking but im really struggling to give up :( someone please give me some tips ?

You just gotta change. 
I started by smoking less of my cigarettes. So usually I’d finish them, but i started to put them out a little more than half way. Then gradually just to half way, then to less than half way. Doing that cut down my need for it. 
I’m still smoking but I have cut it back tremendously to maybe once a week if that!! And I did all this in a month. 
You have to change your mindset. I kept telling myself I’d never quit. It’d be too hard. I won’t be able to do it. I finally saying, no I’m going to quit. I can do it. Im doing it for my health, my future baby, my family.

I conceived while smoking. My doctor recommended weaning down to quitting over 2-3 weeks with the patch. It worked. I also chewed sugar free gum, a lot

I work in a pharmacy and when people ask our pharmacist for tips, he always says your mindset has to be 100% towards quitting. Even with smoking cessation aids if your mind isn’t in it, those won’t even work. So really put your mind to it and distract yourself! Good luck :)
