Plain Sudafed?

Anyone take plain Sudafed this late in pregnancy for bad congestion and pressure? I was able to in the second trimester, but not sure about this far along. I'm miserable.

I made my husband drive me to two different pharmacies last night to find it. My blood pressure is on the low side so that wasn’t an issue. I took one 30mg tablet and it worked just enough so I could breath and finally get some sleep.

My doctor told me not to take it in my 3rd trimester because it can cause increased blood pressure

Yes, because my blood pressure has been low and I need my cold to not turn into a sinus infection.

I’ve been wondering the same. My BP is always low/fine and I am absolutely miserable and can find no relief!

It was on the list of approved things I can take from my doctor and I took it just a few weeks ago with no issues.
