So everyone talks about how they’re the best thing ever but I never see anyone bring up the topic of pooping. Idk about you but I seem to have more frequent and more loose stools while I’m on my period. I take out my tampon when I have to make a BM. So what in the world do you do when you have a menstrual cup? I feel like leaving it in would be gross but also taking it out every time doesn’t seem like something I’d like to do since I don’t just take it out and trash it. Gotta clean it every time. Please excuse my ignorance on this. Thanks
