Hi! So I've never had regular periods and 2 years ago was diagnosed with PCOS. My gynecologist prescribed Diane-35 but I absolutely hated it. It made my anxiety wayy worse, I was soo depressed and I was gaining weight, so I stopped.

I've just been wondering, since no doctor has ever really taken this seriously when I complained about this, have any of you been experiencing hot flashes? I'm only 25 years old. Last night I could barely sleep as it was sooo bad. Also I kept waking up extremely thirsty.
