How often do you shampoo your hair?

Question

I get really greasy hair if I don’t shampoo my hair  at least every two day (every other day)
But i do get dry frizzy hair (i have straight semi damaged hair due to bleaching)
So how often do you think is best to shampoo your hair?
what do you guys do for the smell and grease ?

You could always use dry shampoo, or when you wash your hair don’t use shampoo every time, but before conditioning just use water and massage our scalp under the water to wash away extra dirt and oil , then condition. For me when I wash my hair I make sure to comb in my conditioner and let it sit before rinsing.

Unused to wash my hair every 2 days because it was so greasy if I didn’t. I started using a boar bristle brush and it’s made a huge difference. It pulls the oil away from your scalp down your hair shaft to help your ends get moisturizes and it kind of cleans your scalp. I was like once a week now and use dry conditioner the last couple days. It takes a little while for it to work because the bristles need to infuse with your oils. The first week it’ll make your hair staticky but then that goes away. Brush in the morning and before bed everyday.

I wash my hair once a week but I don’t use shampoo I use acv then deep conditioner then leave in conditioner.

I wash my hair every 1-2 weeks. I have gone upwards of a month with just rinsing and did not have an oil issue. 
If you are looking to reduce how fast your hair oils accumulate you can try transitioning to sulfate free shampoos and rinsing and massaging on days in between. 
I never liked dry shampoo as I felt like it builds up on the scalp. There is no bad smell to natural hair just not an outright  fragrance .
