How do you cope with anxiety?
Lately I’ve been dealing with a lot of anxiety.
A lot of it is coming from normal life changes but it seems to continue after a month.
For example, this is my fourth year out of high school. Best friends then are becoming strangers (I know this is normal to happen) but I’m finding myself without anyone reaching out to me anymore ( I continue to make my attempt), I’ll be moving in with my boyfriend at the end of April, My father is slowly but quickly forgetting things more and more often.
Usually I’ll have this anxious feeling for a couple days but now days have turned into weeks. It is starting to affect my life and I really would like to figure out a natural way of curing this.
I’m not an advocate of medicating, strong believer in facing my troubles and how to surpass them.
Overall, I understand life hits anyone like a sack of bricks. I know losing loved ones are a part of life and losing friends do to adulting is life as well But my question to you all is, how do you cope?
How do you tell yourself everything is going to be okay?
