I had my cervix checked last week and this week (36 and 37 week appointments) and each time it’s hurt like hell! Everything I’ve read says that it shouldn’t hurt when they do the checks. I had some bleeding afterwards the first time but none the second. If it hurts this bad i can only imagine what a membrane sweep or pushing baby out will feel like 😳😫 i am dilated to a “1, maybe 1.5)”, almost completely thinned out, and doc could feel little ones head this week.

Any one else have a similar experience? Any advice on gettin through these checks? I’m supposed to get a sweep next week at 38 w and I’m terrified lol
