Could it be implantation bleeding

I am 10 days late... took a 3 tests to be exact two of the tests showed up dark really quick and the other one was digital. But I’ve been spotting for the past 3 days not enough to even dirty a pad only when I wipe myself sometimes it’s just pink then at times it’s been red with little bitty clots.. I had a miscarriage back in March so I def scared of this pregnancy. I don’t have no pains at all just the spotting that concerns me. Any one have had this issue before?? Please give me insights!!
