Im driving myself crazy. 3 days ago the doctor said my blood test was under one. So why hasn't my period came

and why do I see a line? Is that even possible?

I dont see anything there dear and a blood test is way more sensitive so it would be safe to say your not pregnant. I know it's frustrating. :/
