Anyone found out they’re pregnant after having a period?!

Sounds crazy but I’ve heard of women finding out they’re 4+ weeks pregnant even though they had their period like normal....I had mine couple of weeks ago but since before AF arrived my boobs have been swollen and slightly tender. Normal for me but always goes away soon as AF arrives.....seems strange and I’m gna do another pregnancy test ASAP but wanted to hear anyone else’s experiences like these :)

You cannot have a true period and be pregnant. Many women experience period-like bleeding during pregnancy, but it is not a true period.
Your period is the shedding of the lining of your uterus. It would not shed its lining if there was a fertilized egg implanted.
If the bleeding lasted more than 3 days, if there were any clots, or if the bleeding was heavy, it was a true period and you’re not pregnant.
The symptoms you described sound like ovulation symptoms.

I think it’s normal to still have symptoms while you are in your period but if you are still getting them after it ends then it’s time to see a doctor. Good luck!
