Sepatate Uterus/Bicornuate Uterus

Has anyone heard of this or also has it? I was just diagnosed with it and am a little confused reading online it says you don’t need to remove before trying to conceive however could cause a miscarriage. Anyone have any more knowledge or any experiences?! Thank you!!!
