Omg last night was probably on of the most scariest moments that has ever happened to me! I went to bed with really bad stomach plains like cramping pains. I woke up hours later in the same pain so got up and tried to go toilet as I got up my head was spinning and there was this zinging noise in my head ( if you know what I mean). Thought I was going to be sick so went to the kitchen to grab a bowl and went back to the toilet. Next thing I know I woke up on the bed with my husband going hun hun hun are you ok? He had me turned on my side he said I was having a seizure as my teeth were clenched shut and my tongue was stuck down my throat. My head was still spinning and I had sweet dripping from my whole body and tears running down my face. It was so scary I have never experienced something like that before. Long story short though I used to have epilepsy from a young age but I would always feel one coming on and they would only last a few seconds. I had brain surgery in 2013 and since then I’ve had no seizures until now I think. I’m still taking medication I take tegratol 1 in the morning and 1 at night. The doctor did say it’s still ok to take. Is there anyone on here who has or had epilepsy? I’m 6 weeks pregnant and I just pray my baby will be ok as the doctor said a seizure can harm the baby 😭 I have a scan on Wednesday so I’m hoping everything will be ok 🤞. Please pray for me 🙏🏻
