Hungry then immediately full!!

Anyone else? I seem to get very sudden hunger pangs which quickly turn into nausea if I don’t eat, but when I do I’m suddenly sooo full and bloated after a couple mouthfuls . I have ibs wondering if pregnancy is just making it a lot worse ! X
