4 + months clomid

Hi ladies,

So I tried clomid 50 Mg for four months in a row then took a break. Now my RE wants me to try double dosage with trigger shot for 1-3 months... I am so hesistant to do this because of the awful cramping and hot flashes and night sweats I got first go round. Has anyone been on clomid for longer than 4 months and if so were your symptoms bearable with 100-150 mg??
