Bloating
I've lost around 30lbs and still working on losing more, but I'm almost always bloated. I know that it usually comes from diet but my diet is so clean and all I drink is water and hot herbal teas. For example today I had raw cucumber and bell pepper sprinkled with some pepper and dill and still some how ended up getting bloated.
Will it go away when I lose more weight or what do I do?
