Is this a razor bump or what? It wontgo away it feels like a bruise it hurts so bad when something touches it

I’ve had one before. It’s a like little pimple ig it’s because after you shave you probably workout in thongs and stuff like that. I left it alone until it bugged me and then I popped it and it went away. Now to prevent it I use this cream after I shave

Its an ingrown. Ive some before and the best thing to do is just leave it and try not to touch it. I tried poppoing it once and it got worse
