So I will be 11 weeks tomorrow and I'm really struggling with my skin.

Before getting pregnant I had pretty clear skin apart from one pimple here and there.

Now? I'm a mess. I am getting huge pimples and white bumps all over my cheeks. And I'm breaking out all over my back and chest and some on my neck and shoulders too.

Is there anything I can do to get it under control? A lot of my pimple creams say they're not safe while you're pregnant. Is there anything effective and safe during pregnancy?
