Need motivation
I’m 5 months postpartum and 15 pounds away from my pre-Pregnancy weight . This is my 4th baby. I don’t know what my deal is but I have no motivation to work out. With my first 3 I killed myself to get my body back and lose the baby weight . While With this baby I’m like blah. I hate it. Anyone have any advice or tips?
