High blood pressure??

I’m 35 weeks and they said my blood pressure was a little high... and I may develop preeclampsia.. what do I need to look out for ? Like what are the symptoms of this ??

Answer

Sudden or severe swelling of legs, feet, hands or face. Visual disturbances like floaters or spots. Constant headaches that don’t get better with Tylenol. High blood pressure. Those are the main signs.
