I went to the doctor today she said it was towards the end of my six weeks had an ultrasound the yolk sack was getting bigger my levels are high but there is no heartbeat like last week. She informed me that it is likely to expect a miscarriage but if I don’t have one within the next week or so she will schedule surgery to remove the stuff... have this happened to anyone what should I do just schedule it now anyways? I was so excited imma mother of three older kids and never had a problem and they were not planned this one was and it’s turning out
