Alright. So a little background. TTC for about two years (with my current hubby- tried for years with my ex). I have PCOS and was diagnosed with mild endo last year. Had 4 failed stair step Clomid cycles and two failed Femara last year. Opted for surgery and had my ovaries drilled, hsg, endo removal and D&C. Had two successful ovulating rounds on 2.5 Femars after but didn't conceive.

We are starting this again after my 5 month break on 5mg of Femara and <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. My RE stated my plan is 3 <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> cycles and then we will move onto the next step. Unfortunately the nurse that coordinates my treatment doesn't know what my next step is. Have any of you only tried 3 cycles before moving to <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>? I plan on asking at my next apt but wasn't sure if anyone has had a similar plan.

Also what should I expect on this first cycle? I've been through the stim drugs so I think I'm okay there but is there any insight you ladies may be able to give as far as <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> goes?
