Help ladies- first time IUI'r

Alright. So a little background. TTC for about two years (with my current hubby- tried for years with my ex). I have PCOS and was diagnosed with mild endo last year. Had 4 failed stair step Clomid cycles and two failed Femara last year. Opted for surgery and had my ovaries drilled, hsg, endo removal and D&C. Had two successful ovulating rounds on 2.5 Femars after but didn't conceive.

We are starting this again after my 5 month break on 5mg of Femara and IUI. My RE stated my plan is 3 IUI cycles and then we will move onto the next step. Unfortunately the nurse that coordinates my treatment doesn't know what my next step is. Have any of you only tried 3 cycles before moving to IVF? I plan on asking at my next apt but wasn't sure if anyone has had a similar plan.

Also what should I expect on this first cycle? I've been through the stim drugs so I think I'm okay there but is there any insight you ladies may be able to give as far as IUI goes?
