2WW and sick

I just started my two week wait and I have a head cold. At first I thought it was allergies and then full blown pain and sore throat the next day. I don’t want to take any meds just in case.

Is there some meds that are okay to help while going through the tww?

Yup I’ve been sick for about 3 weeks.. same thing it’s terrible!!! I’m pretty sure nothing happened this cycle so I took NyQuil.
