I recently gave myself my second dose of the Depo shot (Jan 17) and I have been having a lot of stomach pains. I hadn’t really started noticing my stomach hurting until about 6 weeks after my first shot (Nov 2.) it hurts to lay on my stomach and even hurts to lay on my right side, the only comfort I can get is on my back or my left side. I had a pregnancy scare in November, a few weeks after my Depo shot, I would be 11 weeks and 1 day if so. I have taken a few pregnancy tests (all negative) but I have heard of some women not actually producing enough HCG. Is there any way I could be pregnant and just not know it?
