Heavy to light period
So I normally have a really heavy period. But this time around I started a week early and at first it was like implantation bleeding, then 2-3 days later it got a little heavier (but not like my normal flow), and I’ve gotten the cramps, lower back pain and headaches like a normal period now. I’m really confused could it be implantation bleeding or just a light period?
