Anyone else 100% effaced and 3 cm dilated?

I went to doctors today my due date is tomorrow and I am 100% effaced and 3cm dilated so she scraped my membranes. How fast or slow did you all go into labor after that? I just would like to be prepared. I am so nervous and excited all at once.

3cm and 90%, got a sweep to help with my induction that was scheduled for the next day... Went into labor that night.

They usually say that if a sweep is going to work it works in the first 48 hours.
