What Prenatal Vitamins !??

Y’all recommend?? I’ve been trying the women’s One a day Prenatals but it seems it has cause constipation!!!!!

I take garden of life raw prenatals. You have to take 3 a day but they don't seem to cause nausea.

I’ve done a TON of research and these are the best considering nutrients ( all of the forms they use and amounts), price, and amount you need to take per day. And as someone who has IBS constipation these make me  regular everyday. They also contain folate which is the natural form of folic acid. I also suggest taking a separate DHA along with this.

My OBGYN had me stop taking rainbow light and got me on these. She said that DHA is something that is a MUST, these are prescription and don’t have any ill side effects, and have 0 taste, which is awesommmmeeee!

im taking these but they make me SO NAUSEOUS. I wouldn’t recommend. But I’m just trying to finish the bottle since they’re expensive😂. Also, I was constipated on the one a day prenatals as well but I’ve been taking a probiotic and i eat lots of yogurt now so I’m a lot more regular. I would just stick with the one a day vitamins but add in some fiber and probiotics to help with the constipation because I’d rather do that than be nauseous!

I just take all the freebie prescription samples my Dr office gives me at each appointment. I always pair with colace (stool softener) because they all make me constipated!
