Tbh yeah, it can happen. It’s unkindly but not impossible. A close family friend got pregnant after her husband got a vasectomy - though idk the details as to how long they waited to have unprotected sex after the vasectomy

My coworker has 5 kids...her hubby got a vasectomy after they had baby #4. I don’t think he ever went back in to have his semen checked that the vasectomy worked! 😬

Not likely. That isn't something that just reverses itself, now if it was within the window that you are supposed to use birth control until they retest the sperm count then yes if the surgery was not successful.
