Confused

So i was supppsed to have my period on the 7th on January it hasn’t come. My cycle after taking out my IUD was Reginald in November and December , January is just the non normal month : Took a host of test and they all came out negative . Took a urine test at the docs office that came out negative. I started a really light flow Tuesday at 4 am . I wiped my self and it was a very light pink but not heavy at all ! The next few days have been very light not like my normal period ! I went to take a blood test today and Monday I will know the results . Should I still be hopeful that I’m pregnant ? Or was this just my cycle switching out it’s days ?
