I’m on my fourth month of birth control this hasn’t ever happened. I’ve been on my period for almost 12 days. On the 10th day I had like dry dark blood so i thought it was over . But I keep bleeding and it’s not like crazy heavy but very light from day 6 on it has been light. And the blood is like fresh and I never missed a pill so I’m just confused and concerned someone help please!

P.s I forgot to add I also made some new life style choices by eating healthy and working out more so could this affect my period?
