Are you wanting to because YOU want to or because HE wants you to? Don't let him pressure you into anything you're uncomfortable doing. If you have ANY concerns at all - will he leave me? What will the kids at school say if they find out? Will this become all that our relationship is? Etc. Then wait. If you pass both of the above, make sure you guys are legal. You'll do it regardless of what anyone says if that's why your mind is set on, but if you guys aren't legal there are SERIOUS repercussions for BOTH of you if someone were to find out and take issue with it (like your parents). And if you ARE legal, please wear a condom. Doesn't matter if you're both virgins, you can get STDs from giving/receiving oral or even just by being born (if either of your mothers had an STD either while you were in the womb or during your birth, it CAN be transferred to you) and be asymptomatic. Unless both parties have been tested recently, it's just safer and cheaper.

Wear a condom, you can get STDs from oral.  I’ve seen several girls in the last few days post pics of what looks like herpes after unprotected oral because no one wears a condom 🙄
