Sad anniversary

So my boyfriend and I just turned one year today but cant really celebrate it since he has a game today and tmrw is my moms bday and we just can’t do Sunday either. I love him but he’s the type to not really care to do it another day, he kind of just forgets and nothing happens. He gets a little pissed off when I mention it. I’m just pmsing super hard today, so this is making me really sad, ik it’s not a big deal but I just want to do something nice bc he’s so special to me. Any tips?
