Can I get pregnant if I had unprotected sex and he didn’t ejaculate in me? And my period started the day after. Also I’m not on birth control.

I literally had the same situation 2 weeks ago. 
If I'm not mistaken, the eggs that were ready to be fertilized but were not have to exit the organism - that is what the period is - and the new eggs have to be created. 
The sperm usually takes 24 hrs to get to the eggs and based on your story, by the time they got there (although there's almost 0 chance they could have somehow got in with the pull-out method) the unfertilized eggs would already be exiting the organism.

No because there probably wasnt an egg if you got your period the next day. And definitely not if there was no sperm to fertilize the egg
