Anyone that’s had lightning crotch..

I just recently got a stabbing pain in my lower uterus that was so intense I almost screamed in the middle of a doctors office 😬

Can someone tell me if lightning crotch actually feels like it’s in the vagina or uterus? Everyone that I have seen on here has said it feels like a sharp pain in the vagina. Mine was in my lower uterus, it kinda felt like a contraction just a lot sharper. Any kind of info would be great!
