Keep it secret or tell?

I had a miscarriage January 17th of this year. I was only 4 weeks along and we had only two 2 people (my best friends) My husband feels we should keep it to ourselves like we did once we found out. I find myself wanting to tell people and talk about it. I know my SIL has had a miscarriage and I could definitely use someone to talk to with person experience. What are y’all thoughts on this? Did y’all keep quiet or have y’all told family?

I told a bunch of people. Also would tell strangers that were bold enough to inquire about whether I was planning to have children or not! 😮 I am not secret about my miscarriages because for me it helps me to talk about them and it also makes me feel like I can help other people so they know they are not alone (as I felt this way.). I think it’s a super personal decision, but for me, it helped to tell the people in my life.

I told my family and friends even though all
Of them didn’t even know I was pregnant. I was 6 weeks 1 day. It definitely helps to be able to talk to others who have been through it.
My bf was supportive but at the end of the day- sometimes men don’t fully understand how it affects us! So if you need to talk to someone then go for it! We shouldn’t feel ashamed or embarrassed! Sorry for

I kept it a secret from my friends while I was miscarrying. I was super depressed so reached out to my friends a few weeks later. The support I received was amazing. I would definitely say something if you need to talk. 
Plus, so many women have gone through the same thing. I was shocked by how many women I knew had the same story, listening to them helped me get through it. 
I still struggle, I would be 6 months pregnant right now. But the support of family and friends is what gets me through it.

I needed to talk about it. I hated the thought of not acting like those babies I lost didn’t exist. I also wanted to speak up on the subject of miscarriage. I didn’t want it to feel like a taboo subject.

I just had a missed miscarriage 1/7. I was 8 and a half weeks. We didn’t tell many people we were pregnant, but now after going through what I went through I feel like I want to tell people. It was so hard and it’s harder to pretend like it did not happen. I find comfort in talking about it. It was a baby to me and I lost it. It’s sad losing something you never had and talking about it with someone who has also experienced it has helped me a lot.

After my most recent m/c was confirmed i told my in laws and family. It was actually really helpful because i found out that i wasn't as alone as i thought. Even though others had only had one and i've now had 9, it was nice to have a sympathetic ear that understood all the feelings involved
