Am I contracting?

Question

I keep feeling pain in my middle back to right side that comes and goes in wave and around to the front from my middle to right side. Baby girl is moving like crazy and I feel a sharp pain in my crotch that feels like my vagina will explode. 
Should I time them?

Only if they get stronger and more intense pain, I'm also having that sensation I believe it's the start of labor, I'm going to lay down and see if it stops. If you start having strong contractions 5 minutes apart then you'll know for sure, good luck mama!!

It still comes and goes. I feel it more when I’m not moving and lying down. I can’t sleep, I feel itchy and the back pain is annoying.

I would time them.  Sounds like real contractions.
