I am breastfeeding and have been keto for a year! You get carbs through green veggies and chia seeds and whole foods, if you were diabetic or had PCOS you would be restricted to a low carb diet so don’t let anyone make you feel like keto is bad, I don’t consume sugar, grain, starch my food or any junk at all 0! And I am breastfeeding a 10 month old boy. If you told someone you ate eggs and bacon for breakfast, large salad with salt and pepper chicken wings for lunch and asparagus and salmon for dinner they would this that was awesome as soon as you call it keto it’s a problem my IG is ketokristen86 if you would like to see some of what I eat. Pleeeease please educate yourself on this. It's not healthy in any way and so many people get really sick on it. You don't need a special diet plan to lose weight. You need to be educating yourself on portion sizes and what each food group does in the human body. You need good, clean, well-rounded meals and exercise.
