Cervix check?

I’ve always been told how bad a cervix check hurts. Ive had mine checked 3 times and it has never been painful. Even got a membrane sweep and it didn’t hurt a bit. Maybe pushing this baby out won’t hurt either 😂😂😂

You're lucky 😭 my exams have always hurt. They said it's because my cervix is very far back. I've never had a membrane sweep before though so I cant speak on that part lol. When did you have the sweep done?

I’ve never felt any pain with one either, I always worried because everyone said they hurt but I’d say it’s just more uncomfortable not painful 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think it depends on the person who has checked you. At the office, my midwife has checked me twice and she is very swift but smooth with the motion so it doesn't hurt, it just feels a little uncomfortable.
BUT YESTERDAY when I went into L&D bc i thought I was in labor (i wasn't) it felt like the nurse literally jammed her fucking fingers inside my vagina and then spread them apart as wide as she could and that made me spot a little. She did it TWICE jesus christ i bit my lip so hard as to not scream or curse at her.

It depends on the person who checked you. For instance my two normal midwives have long skinny fingers my checks go smoothly and no pain during or after! 
When I went to L&D the Nurse checked me and she had short fat stubby fingers and I swear it felt like she was trying to grab my baby out of vagina it was so painful I was literally in tears asking her to just stop!

My cervix check at 36 weeks left me uncomfortable and sore for a few days! And crampy and then my next cervix check at 38 weeks I barely felt it but I honestly think it’s because I was more relaxed and eager to find out if I dilated anymore

I’ve had two so far and they felt weird and maybe a tad painful but not awful by any means. The cramping afterwards was a lot more annoying haha

My first pregnancy I never felt pain so when i got my first check this time I expected the same. But then I almost punched the doctor because that sh*t hurt! Shocked the hell out of me 😬
