When can I start red raspberry tea????

I'm 30+2 when can I start to drink it?

whenever you want:) I started drinking the earth mama third trimester tea when I was 25 week. I started with 1 cup a day then at 30 weeks I started doing 2 cups a day, then at 35 weeks, 3 cups.

Wait until you are full term as you do not want the uterus doing any “cramping” or “toning” as it can induce labor.

I started at 35 weeks, from what I read on how to make it most effective you should start around 34 weeks.

It won’t induce labor but it’ll help strength your uterus to help during labor itself. I’m drinking 3-4 cups a day and have been for the last 3 weeks. I’ll be 38 weeks on Sunday :)
